These are the standard terms and conditions between Citiwide Online and you (the Buyer), representing the entire agreement between the parties.



1. Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions ( Terms ), the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:

“the Buyer” means the person, firm or company who purchases the Goods from the Company:

“the Company” means Citiwide Online;

“Contract” means the contract between the Company and the Buyer which shall be deemed to incorporate these Terms;

“Goods” means any goods agreed in the Contract form to be supplied by the Company to the Buyer;

In these Terms, reference to any statute or statutory provision shall be construed as a reference to such statute or statutory provision as amended, modified, reenacted or replaced from time-to-time.

2. The Contract

The Contract shall be on these Terms to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions, including any such terms and conditions that are purported to be included or applied by the Buyer. No terms and conditions contained in the confirmation of order, purchase order or other document of the Buyer will form part of the Contract.

Please mention specifically when you have any questions before purchasing. Otherwise, buyer will be considered as fully agree all the terms and conditions.

3. Delivery

Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is the Company’s policy to try to fulfil all orders within 28 working days. Any Goods not available at the time of the Buyer’s order will be sent to the Buyer, as soon as possible. Subject to the other provisions of these Terms, the Company shall not be liable for any loss, whether direct or consequential, economic or loss of profits or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of any delay in the delivery of the Goods nor will any delay entitle the Buyer to terminate or rescind the Contract unless the delay exceeds 60 days.

In most case, item will deliver within our expected delivery length. However, if buyer cannot receive the item within 2 weeks, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service for further investigation. The investigation will take at most 60 days. Any replacement / refund / compensation will not be processed until the investigation has been completed.

Any order can only be delivered to the payer's home/ work address.

3.1 Delivery Charges

We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Our charge depends on the type of product ordered.

The applicable standard delivery charge is shown on each product page. Our standard charge is specifically for the delivery to Australia/New Zealand You will always be able to see all applicable charges before submitting your order. We reserve the rights to ask non-UK/Ireland buyer to pay extra postage. To avoid any disputes, please contact us for quote before payment.

3.2 Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products, please e-mail us at sales@citiwide-online.com or telephone +852 26463686. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at sales@citiwide-online.com.

When you place an order to purchase a product from Citiwide-online.com, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.

4. Product Availability

To provide accurate details on product availability, our website is regularly updated. We will do all to keep product availability. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee availability because orders placed outside our office hours may be subject to change. We will contact you as soon as possible if this is the case.

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at anytime without prior notice. If we do not supply the goods for any reason you will be notified by your email address registered on our website and be refunded the full amount of your order made. Citiwide Online will not be responsible for compensating you for any losses you may suffer if goods are not supplied, deemed faulty, damaged in transit or not of a kind foreseeable by the supplier.

5. Errors & Omissions

We make all effort to ensure the information on our website is correct and up to date. If you locate any errors/mistakes on our site, please let us know. We promise we will correct any errors as soon as we can. Specifications and product descriptions are for guidance only, cannot be guaranteed accurate. Errors and Omissions excepted.

6. Product Information

Please note that some products instruction manuals do not come in English. In the case you buy a product which does not have an English instruction manual, please contact us and we will happily send you information as to view the manual required in English.

7. Returns

Customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days. Good must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery and we will exchange the product. All returns for credit/refund must have prior approval from Citiwide Technology Ltd and any items without such approval may be returned to the sender at their own cost. Any cancellation are subject to a minimum 5%/AUD 12.5 (whichever is greater) re-stocking fee or may not be accepted at all.

We will not refund or exchange the item if: • The product has been opened or tampered with. Under these circumstances we will make an appropriate offer as they will be deemed second-hand. • The products were specially ordered for you.

7.1 Faulty Goods

We aim to replace or repair faulty products if they are deemed to be faulty on arrival. We must be notified within 7 days of delivery. However, the product must be in 'as new' condition complete with original box, packing and accessories. Proof of purchase must also be provided. If we are unable to detect a fault, it may be necessary for us to return the goods to the manufacturer for confirmation before we are able to supply a replacement.

7.2 Costs of return

Any costs incurred for returning the goods lies with the customer and we will not accept responsibility for the goods until delivered and signed for. We therefore strongly advise you to use a recorded and insured method of carriage.

8. Pricing and availability

We list availability information for products sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

The price for the Goods shall, unless otherwise agreed, be the price set out on the dispatch confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the thousands of products in our catalogue are mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

9. Risk in and Ownership of the Goods

Risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer on delivery

Ownership in the Goods shall not pass to the Buyer until the Company has received in full in cleared funds all sums due to the Company in respect of the Goods and all other sums which are or may become due to the Company from the Buyer on any account.

Until ownership of the Goods has passed to the Buyer, the Buyer shall:

• Hold the Goods on a fiduciary basis as the Company’s bailee;

• Store the Goods separately from all other goods of the Buyer or any third party in such

• Keep the Goods in a way that they remain identifiable as the Company’s property;

• Not destroy or deface any identifying mark on the Goods or their packaging;

• Maintain the Goods in satisfactory condition insured with the Company’s interest noted on the policy and hold any proceeds of such insurance on trust for the Company and not mix them with any other money.

10. Payment

Payment of the price of the Goods shall be due at the time the Order Confirmation Email is sent. Invoices with payment overdue for 7 days or longer maybe cancelled by Citiwide.

Payment shall not be deemed to have taken place until the receipt by the Company of cleared funds.

11. Warranties

Citiwide-online offers the Best warranty in the business
