Terms and guidelines
1. All costs incurred in repairing the product, including mailing, shipping, insurance and other associated costs, are paid by the owner. The company is not responsible for any damage or loss of the product during transportation or mailing.
2. The warranty terms for all products are based on the details of the shopping platform they sell.
- If the product is outside the warranty period, you can contact the factory to repair it.
- Guests can also use the company's agent repair (only for some brands), the return shipping cost of this product is about HK$200-300, depending on the size and weight of the product. Under normal circumstances, the factory will not charge the parts (for customers or users).
Please keep the product packaging and maintenance certificate for maintenance.
3. This warranty card does not apply to the following situations:
- Do not use the product in accordance with the instruction manual, use the product incorrectly or carelessly, resulting in damage or malfunction of the product.
- Damage caused by accident, sand, or battery leakage.
- The product has been damaged in transit or by mail.
- Damage to the product if it has been repaired or modified by a non-designated repair station.
- Accessories such as rechargeable batteries, transformers and other consumer products.
- Any data in the memory media has been lost due to maintenance procedures or product failure.
- If the customer violates the applicable warranty terms of this product, the company will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages (such as storage media, printing, travel plans or battery damage).
- Damage to the product due to accidents (including but not limited to shocks, shocks, collisions, water ingress, sand, screen damage, etc.)
4. Where the repaired product is issued from the date of notification by the company, if it is not returned within six months, it will be regarded as a waiver. The company can dispose of it at will without prior notice to the customer and compensation.
5. This warranty card is issued only at the time of original purchase and is not transferable. If it is lost, it will not be reissued.
